Improving your sleep
Active air humidification in your home will positively influence the quality of your sleep and help you start the day raring to go. You will sleep more peacefully with an ideal indoor climate in your bedroom – without a tickle in your throat or excessive snoring. And you are less susceptible to infections during the day if you can rest uninterrupted during the night and your mucous membranes are kept moist by humidified air.
You will only feel physically and mentally fit during the day if your body was able to regenerate the night before. Otherwise, you will end up feeling exhausted in the office. Coughing, red eyes, and a hoarse voice may turn the presentation you prepared so meticulously into a forgettable talk.
The little ones have a significantly higher proportion of water in their bodies than adults. If the air in the children’s room is too dry, your child may not get the healthy, restful sleep he or she needs and will instead turn up in your bedroom quite frequently, coughing and complaining. That will usually put an end to a good night’s sleep – for the whole family!
